Bulan 1

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

I'm sorry for making this blog empty with all my rumbling and thought to be shared. Frankly speaking, it has been ages that I remembered I do own a blog. Then, when it comes to write ones, the memories just vanish instantly. 

2012,

There are so many bittersweet of life has been tasted (last year) but then exclude the boys flavour dear.

Some of major events that makes things larger than life are listed:
* Korea trip - I spent 12 days in South Korea, enjoying 5 provinces (Seoul, Busan, Jeju, Mokpo and Gangwon), Maybe I would make a blog post about this trip so that a lot of my friends can do some budgets regardless this super cheaper trip budget (only RM3000- airplane+full board +souvenirs)

*Phuket trip - Spent 4 days there in order to calm down my inner-self regardless of non-stop teaching for about 4 semester. Details will be included in another blog post (hey! that's make 2 blog posts promise) hopefully I will have strength to write it on.

*My best friend during university having beautiful and sempoi wedding at Sungkai (super spontan punye pengantin). I have been honoured to be her bridemaid but wait...(she just choose me just because I'm much shorter than her)..LOL that is so Lia effect...haha

 *I won a silver award on innovation competition even though by the end of ceremony we found out that every participant got an award. haha :)

* Finally my BFF (miss E) got her wish come true when one of her secret admirer (can I say so..)
 confess his love to her (OMG! so sweet...eh ye ke??). I wish both of you get married this year (yup! they planning towards it already)..Tinggallah ku sendiri..sobs..sobs..:'(

Despite all the sweet and best memories then comes the gloomy December with bad news, my BFF's mom is diagnosed with brain tumor then her father admits for heart attack. Allah is blessing you, dear because Allah know you can endure it. Bertabah ok :)

Time...

Kejap je dah masuk bulan Feb tahun ni..tapi rasenye OK lg kalo nk wish "Selamat Tahun Baru"...hehe

Entri bulan Januari pttnye citer psl azam yang tercapai...nmpknye lain yg dirancang lain yg jadi...Tapi aku rase nasibaik masih hepi taun lpas dgn trip-trip yg meriah dan merabakkan poket aku..haha...

OKla nak share skit blog yg aku bace sebelum nk rajinkan diri wat entry arini pasal masa..Hari ni banyak sgt masa yg terbazir gara-gara gila tgk BIG SALE AirAsia..Yela..nk booking utk taun depan punye Family trip.This time around, my lil sis, BIL, and not so little Nurin will join US for the 4th Family Trip..huhu..Hujung minggu ni yg ke -3 okay...nantikan kemunculan entrynya..hehe..

Here’s how to find enough time for the things that are truly important:
  1. Get Up Earlier
    If you work a regular office job, you might tell yourself that you’ll work out / study / draw up that business plan during the evenings. But, day after day, you’ll reach 6pm and find yourself so tired and demotivated that you just slump on the sofa.

    The solution? Make time for the important things at the start of your day. That means getting up earlier – perhaps half an hour or an hour before your usual alarm call (and heading to bed earlier so you get enough sleep).
  2. Multitask (Appropriately)
    You probably know that multi-tasking is generally a bad idea – you can’t read emails and talk on the phone and work on your report all at the same time.

    In a few cases, though, multitasking is a great idea. For instance, you could:
    • Listen to audio books while driving to work, or exercising
    • Read a book while traveling by bus / train / plane
    • Make phone calls while you’re out walking
    Essentially, any time you’re engaged in a purely physical task, see whether there’s some way you can combine it with a mental one.
  3. Make Specific Plans
    You’re not going to magically end up with lots of free time to work on your novel or hang out with your family. You need to make actual plans. And if you want to maximize the chance that you’ll stick to those plans, either put money on the line or get other people involved.

    That might mean booking tickets for a concert you want to go to, or agreeing to meet up a friend to go for a job. It could mean paying to attend an evening class, or promising your kids that you’ll take them to see a movie on Saturday.
  4. Ring-fence Certain Days/Times
    This is similar to #3 ... but you’re not necessarily making specific plans to be somewhere. You’re simply setting aside time on a regular basis to work on an important goal or project.

    That could be:
    • You always spend Tuesday evenings reading a book, instead of watching TV.
    • You’ve blocked out Saturday mornings to work on your small business.
    • Every Friday lunchtime, you get out of the office and sit in a cafe with your laptop for an hour, writing your novel.
    By “ringfencing” particular days and times, you make it easy to avoid committing yourself to other activities. You also ensure that you’re making steady progress towards a goal, by working on it at least weekly.

Aku berdiam kerana tidak mahu menjadi bodoh!
Diam bererti aku tidak peduli.
Tapi sering disalaherti.
Tidak peduli membawa mati?
Itu aku tidak pasti.
Yang pasti aku tetap berdiam.

Second Family Trip

Alhamdulillah...Sepanjang nk masuk three years working dapatla aku bawak family aku berjalan-jalan dalam Malaysia ni..Ye la mak ngan ayah aku jarang btul pergi holiday tmpt lain selain kg2 aku sepanjang aku hidup ngan dorang. Kalo awal2 entri dl (xreti la nk masukkn link entry lame), aku bawak makyah aku g Langkawi. Tahun ni aku bawak dorg pegi Kuching plak mcm biasela rembat tiket Airasia time murah2 gile. Happy bukan main Mdm Jem ngan Pak Mat Jan..Habis sedara mara tau dorg nak p berholiday sane..

Entri CINTA

ini quote oprah yang aku amik ms duduk menyewa kat Taman Jengka Impian. Since two of my very best friends are living with me now and i'm blessed with their loves!So, i've been abandon my BLOG for two months y'all..Ditambah plak laptop kesayangan dah dicampak ketepi, lantas nak menaip blog dikeyboard yang keras ini menambahkan kemalasan dihati..haha ALASAN! 

Berbalik kepada Oprah show td, personally it knock my head la..I'm totally agree with it sbb based on my life experience yang tak bape byk ni..I never regret in my life when it comes to love...(terfikir ni ms da jd pra-gemok)..Cause I got my family and friends (even-though 5 people) only to love me that much! bak kate org korea..naneun manneun sarangeun issoyo..Oprah juga cakap sometimes people who does not get too many love tend to craving love from other things contohnye cari boyfren yg ngarut2, makan banyak, dan buat benda yg tak masuk akal hanya utk dapatkan cinta...Kesian...

Statement diatas tak bermaksud aku menidakkan lumrah dan fitrah hidup manusia yg diciptakan berpasangan. Cume ia agak sesuai utk org yang belum berjumpe dgn Mr/Ms Right, kalau aku buat kajian terhadap poto2 kenkawan aku yang masih single.Kebanyakan menunjukkan penambahan berat badan selepas 10tahun tak berjumpa..manakala yg masih atau sudah berjumpe dgn Mr/Ms Right menunjukkan bentuk badan yang masih cantik dan tak berubah byk sgt. Aku ni of cos la tergolong dlm golongan yang menambah berat badan dan masih single. Tapi recently keinginan utk kembali langsing meluap2 sehinggakan aku telah mengorder Premium Beautiful utk jd langsing...Kajian dlm kepala aku menunjukkan bahawa persediaan utk kurus itu berkadar langsung dgn penambahan invitation perkahwinan kenkawan aku dilaman sosial. Lepas tu diikiti plak dgn kejadian bertemu dgn First Love mase time sekolah rendah and facebook jihad ms di MRSM TAIPING. Tetiba rase nak ulas 2 kejadian ni, psl dah malas nak bercanggah pendapat dlm kepala sendiri..

Kejadian 1: berlaku semasa hujung mggu lepas, disebuah majlis perkahwinan berdekatan dgn rumah "mak mertua" aka umah 1st love aku la..Sudahla aku pakai kasut ala2 vintage yg huduh plus xde tumit (kompem nmpk pendek gle) tetibe time nak bangun dan beresak-esak nk pegi slm ngan tuan rumah aku ternmpk 1 kelibat mamat hensem dan tinggi..sambil menjeling hati berdebar"alamak! R- - - F ke tu?" lantas aku memalingkan kepala ketepi dan buat2 BZ spy die tak nmpk...down..down..down..
Kejadian 2: Hari ini, aku dah agak lame tak menstalker org tetibe tertaip di ruangan carian name crush ms kat Taiping (abg rambut cacak)..tetibe aku nampak nmpk nm bapak die yg dl aku ingt sgt2...Kompem die..Lantas aku men'click' foto..Pergh....nape masih bergaye ni?????

Moralnye: AKU rase down down dan down dgn berat bdan dan ketembaman muke skrang!!!argh..nape 2-2 org ni masih hensem dan tak gemuk!!!!OK sekian.

Macam-macam MAC

Kalau dulu aku masuk kategori "PEMALAS TULIS BLOG", tapi bulan lepas telah menyebabkan aku masuk kategori "PEMBIAR BLOG"..haha..sian kat Miss F yang dok craving nak bace tulisan jiwa aku ni..

Rentetan aktiviti bulan 3 yang menyebabkan aku tak wat entry lansung:


* aku dah tak jogging selama sebulan sbb jadual hidup waktu petang dan malam amat cramping plus ade "setan" malas dalam diri -> sengaja wat ni sbgai benda first tragedy dalam bulan 3 pasal berat badan dah menaik dan nafas agak semput-semput mase bg speech kat dinner PERDIPSA ari tu..damn it! tangga stage tu adelah 6 ketul, aku da semput..uwa..:"(

* Aku kene 2 shot akibat keracunan ubat sakit urat...seram sejuk kalau teringat detik mate aku membengkak dikala dinner. Sume gara2 aku rase nak demam pastu main bijak makan ubat sakit urat dan demam kepunyaan cik Elyza...dah la aku mmg tak suka jumpe dr, pastu hari ahad plak, terpaksa masuk wad kecemasan kat hospital Jengka. Nasib ade pegawai perubatan B yang pandai wat comel, walaupon asalnye meluap rase nak marah kat pegawai perubatan A yang agak kerek psl aku lupe nama ubat yang aku makan. Cis! abes kene cocok terus aku pengsan...DUMmmmm!

* Bulan 3 bulan wat rekod, aku tak balik kampung akibat bekerja Sabtu dan Ahad, nasib la dapat 2 hari Cuti Tanpa Rekod..bole aku gune wat pegi Kuching bulan 7 ni..xsabarnyee nak holiday!!

*Antara sbb aku xbalik Keratong bulan 3 lepas sbb Housemate rumah baru" Miss R -> Mdm R" dah kawen..pheeewittt..Bestnye tgk org kawen, BTW she look stunning mase akad nikah, walaupun banyak kejutan yang dibuat oleh beliau sepanjang tempoh hari bahagia. Antaranya adalah memaklumkan beliau bakal bernikah kol 7.30 malam (biar betik), dah la bg SMS kol 7.15 pm..aku siap sesat...sampai2 je..En CHUCK tgh ckp "aku terima....". Esoknye sampai2 majlis, En Chuck skali lagi sampai dgn awalnye..wah..sumenye tibe2..lepas ni beranak dgn awalnye jugak ye Mdm R n En Chuck...

* Menginap di chalet kat Cherating (Kampung inn), murah dan sesuai utk org xde duit mcm kitorg buat weekend gateaway..Chalet ni mmg Kg habes + katil handmade + ade kedai makan yg superb delicious wat seafood..Total loss = RM 100/person = minda yang cerdas akibat berjalan kat tepi pantai sampai ke muara sungai...A pray for Japan atas kejadian Tsunami yang berlaku pd hari yg same dgn keberadaan kami di Cherating..Alhamdulillah kami selamat mase tu, walaupun polis dah beri amaran pd pemilik restoren utk kosongkan kwsn pantai (ni pcik tu yg cite ms kitorg breakfast)

OK, cukup panjang utk cover bulan Mac lepas....

Organik @Earth diet

Tetibe je nak cakap pasal diet bumi ni...adakah aku berangan nak jadi ambassador earth??Tak layak langsung kot..hehe..banyak bende kene baiki dlm diri ni, nak2 tang plastik..Ok listen, ini diet bukan utk perut bumi tapi utk penduduk bumi...

Baru - baru ini, sedang aku menjalankan hobi harian iaitu berlayar di internet, aku jumpe satu blog yang ditulis serta official blog Miranda Kerr, ala~ model yang dapat kawin ngan Orlando Bloom tu...She's a very nice and humble person from the entries she wrote~ She love organic product and even jadi pengasas gitu, ala2 jutawan pengasas kat Malaysia ni, cume die xpromot nak putihkan kulit semate2 atau berasaskan untung saje, Miranda and the team share a lot of tips from head to toe sampaila bende kita makan..Dekat situlah aku jumpe EARTH DIET.

Setelah memahami program earth diet, aku concludekan bahawa it tells you to eat all the food from the earth based..no processing food at all...and i guess it works based on my GRANNY body figures..haha :) Aku try beli organic cereal, raisin, jam and etc kat causeway..ia agak mahal compare to makanan process. Obviously, GOOD foods come with GREAT prices..haha...Nak mudah dan murah????Jawapannye: masak sendiri..no MSG, no CHEMICAL added, only pesticide sikit2 pada sayuran yang tak organic..


That's why aku sekarang ni dalam usaha nak kurang pengambilan chemical yang tiruan tu dlm badan ni...Tak mau makan FAST FOOD dah..uwaaa....mcm tipu, fikir2 balik...Kenny Rogers n Subway masih boleh dipertimbangkan...even nak makan roti pun kene fikir sbb roti putih adalah datang dari tepung gandum yang dibleach..wah scary gle!!
